Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Shiny GT360 collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the GT360 web application, mobile applications, websites, support channels, and related services.
GT360 is a WhatsApp Business API management platform for organizations that manage customer conversations, broadcasts, templates, automation, analytics, billing, and team workflows. Because our platform helps businesses communicate with their customers, we handle account data, workspace data, and message-related data with operational care and strict access controls.

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization details, team member details, role information, billing-related information, support messages, and account preferences.
We collect workspace and usage information generated while using GT360, including organization settings, WhatsApp Business Account configuration, connected phone numbers, templates, campaigns, customer records, tags, assignments, notes, analytics events, audit logs, bot configuration, and feature activity.
We process communication data needed to provide the service, including WhatsApp conversation metadata, message content, attachments, delivery status, customer contact information, and interaction history where your organization chooses to manage that information through GT360.
We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session identifiers, authentication events, error logs, and security telemetry to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve GT360; authenticate users; manage organizations and roles; deliver WhatsApp Business API workflows; process broadcasts and templates; power analytics; support automation; provide customer support; send administrative notices; troubleshoot issues; prevent abuse; and comply with legal, security, and financial obligations.
We do not sell customer data. We do not use your organization customer conversations for unrelated advertising. Where AI-assisted features are enabled, data is processed only to provide the requested automation, analysis, or support experience within the GT360 service.
Legal Bases and Customer Instructions
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, and honor consent where consent is required.
For customer conversation data and contact records uploaded or generated by your organization, GT360 generally acts as a service provider or processor. Your organization controls what customer data is added to GT360 and is responsible for having the required notices, permissions, and lawful basis to communicate with those customers.
Storage, Security, and Access Controls
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards include role-based access controls, authenticated sessions, audit logging, encrypted transport, environment-based secret management, and restricted operational access.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we identify a security issue that affects your data, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, reduce harm, and notify affected parties where required.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide GT360, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and support security operations.
Your organization may request deletion or export of eligible data, subject to legal, security, backup, billing, and operational retention requirements. Some logs and backup copies may remain for a limited period before deletion according to our retention processes.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and relationship with GT360, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to certain processing of personal information.
If you are an end customer of a business using GT360, please contact that business first because they control the customer records and communications they manage through the platform. We will assist our customers in responding to valid privacy requests where required.
